What is rafael caro quintero narcos?

Rafael Caro Quintero is a Mexican drug lord and a founding member of the Guadalajara Cartel. He was born on October 3, 1952, in Badiraguato, Sinaloa, Mexico, and is known for his involvement in drug trafficking, murder of Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agent Enrique Camarena, and his subsequent escape from prison.

In the 1970s and 1980s, Quintero, along with his companions Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo and Ernesto Fonseca Carrillo, helped create the Guadalajara Cartel, which was one of the largest drug trafficking organizations in Mexico. The cartel was responsible for shipping tons of marijuana and cocaine into the United States.

In 1985, Quintero was arrested and charged with the murder of DEA agent Enrique Camarena. He was sentenced to 40 years in prison but was released in 2013 after serving only 28 years because of a technical error in the case.

Quintero is still wanted by the US government for his involvement in the murder of Camarena and is considered to be one of the most wanted drug lords in the world.
